Shipping Policy – Firefly Outdoors

At Firefly Outdoors, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping for your outdoor adventures. That’s why we offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, no matter where you are in Australia.

Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping ensures your order arrives within 3-10 business days across Australia. All shipping costs are quoted at checkout.

Expedited Shipping:
For urgent orders, we offer express shipping. Contact us at sales@fireflyoutdoors.com.au for an express shipping quote. This option is ideal for last-minute camping gear or time-sensitive purchases.

In-Store Pickup:
If you're local to our Smeaton Grange warehouse, you can opt for in-store pickup. Select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you via email when your order is ready. Pickup is available by appointment at 5/20 Bluett Drive, Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567.


Rooftop Tent Shipping:
Due to the size and weight of our rooftop tents, we provide three tailored shipping options:

  1. Warehouse Pickup: Collect your rooftop tent from our Smeaton Grange warehouse by appointment.
  2. Commercial Address Delivery: Delivery to a commercial address is available, but a forklift is required for offloading.
  3. Freight Depot Collection: We can also ship your rooftop tent to a freight depot. Please note, the recipient is responsible for offloading the tent and disposing of packaging materials at the depot.

Preorders:
From time to time, we offer products for preorder. If an item is available for preorder, it will be clearly marked on the product page. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your order. Estimated delivery times for preordered items will be provided on the product page, but please note that these dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We will keep you informed of any changes, and your preorder will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
